Customers: Buyer Information

Before you purchase an item, please read this important passage.

ALL SUCCESSFUL ORDERS ARE SENT TO US IMMEDIATELY. Once an order is placed and paid for, your order goes directly into our database, ready for despatch.

PURCHASE LINKS ARE INACTIVE IF PROBLEM HAD BEEN DISCOVERED. If we suspect that our servers are having issues, we deactivate the links temporarily. This is to prevent orders not going through.

MOST ORDERS ARE TRACKED. Orders are tracked mainly from the United States and some from the United Kingdom. Orders from rest of the world are sometimes untraceable.

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST ITEMS VIA MAIL. We investigate thoroughly on lost orders, but we cannot issue refunds or replacements if items are lost or stolen. We can only issue refunds if we experience trouble shipping the products.

WE DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS AFTER ORDERS ARE SHIPPED. A customer has up to 24 hours after ordering to request a refund. ALL ORDERS ARE PROFESSIONALLY TESTED AND PACKAGED. We are not responsible for products that are damaged from the post office. Damaged items created by Brookhill Productions are disposed and replaced before shipping.

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ORDERS FROM OTHER WEBSITES. If you have ordered a product that is NOT from the Brookhill Productions website, we are not responsible for any orders that did not go through to our database. This also applies to linking our payment page from other websites. Although placing the product link to another website is allowed, it is highly recommended to purchase directly from Brookhill Productions website.
